The Foundation’s Enterprise Fellowship Programs are administered by the American Councils for International Education (www.americancouncils.org).

American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS, an international not-for-profit organization, believes that the fundamental role of education is to foster positive change for individuals, institutions and societies. Founded in 1974 as an association for area and language professionals, American Councils, with a team of over 370 dedicated professionals, designs, implements, and supports innovative programs in education, professional development, and scholarly research. Building on over three decades of regional expertise in Central Asia and other republics of the former Soviet Union, American Councils advances education and research worldwide through substantive cross-cultural programs that provide the global perspective essential for academic and professional excellence.
